Life has been a little crazy in our house. I have a new job as a special needs teacher in a local primary school. There is less commuting and also less students so this should help with my work/life balance.
My menu planning for the last 2 weeks as been almost non existent and I am now starting to feel the effects of the dis-organisation. So my plan of attack is to post a monthly menu plan and review each week...
But for this week is roughly ....
25 Monday: Bangers and Mash
26 Tuesday: Australia Day BBQ
27 Wednesday: Tuna Pasta
28 Thursday: Asian Beef with Rice
29 Friday: BBQ beans
30 Saturday: Out of the fridge
31 Sunday: Roast Chicken and veg
