Monthly Menu Planning

his  week I have realized that I really need to do menu plan, but on saying that I feel that weekly is to short so I am going to monthly. I surfed around on other blog's and have come up with my own plan. So here goes.....

y menu planning guidelines are. Make a list with the number of days on it. Next put in activities that you will be attending during the month. After that choose one night in each week to be left overs/From the freezer. Continuing on with this select either once or twice a fortnight for a new menu item.Proceeding this now put in some of  following themes: Pasta, Asian, Crock Pot, Mexican... etc

    2. Pasta :                  Pasta Carbonara
    3. Crock Pot :           Bolognaise Potpies 
    4. Asian :                  Pork with fresh peach chutney
    5. New Meal:            Smoky Beef
    6. Mexican  :             Nacho bake 
    7. Baked Potato
    8. Pasta :                 Tortellini with pumpkin sage and cheese sauce
    9. Asian :                 Chicken and tofu laksa
    10. Crock Pot :          Beef Burgundy
    11. New Meal             Braised sausages with couscous
    12. From the Freezer
    13. Birthday Dinner for Jay
    14. Baked Potato
    15. From the Freezer
    16. New Meal             Moroccan honey chicken with couscous
    17. Home Made Pizza
    18. New Meal :           Pork nasi goreng
    19. Mexican :             Arroz con pollo
    20. Pasta :                 Cauliflower + Bacon Macaroni Cheese
    21. Baked Potato
    22. Mexican :             Barbecue beef wraps
    23. Asian :                 Coconut chicken curry
    24. Crock Pot             Tex-mex macaroni and ground beef casserole
    25. New Meal            Cashew chicken
    26. From the Freezer
    27. Date Night
    28. Baked Potato
