his week I have realized that I really need to do menu plan, but on saying that I feel that weekly is to short so I am going to monthly. I surfed around on other blog's and have come up with my own plan. So here goes.....
y menu planning guidelines are. Make a list with the number of days on it. Next put in activities that you will be attending during the month. After that choose one night in each week to be left overs/From the freezer. Continuing on with this select either once or twice a fortnight for a new menu item.Proceeding this now put in some of following themes: Pasta, Asian, Crock Pot, Mexican... etc - From the Freezer

- Crock Pot : Bolognaise Potpies
- Asian : Pork with fresh peach chutney
- New Meal: Smoky Beef
- Mexican : Nacho bake
- Baked Potato
- Pasta : Tortellini with pumpkin sage and cheese sauce
- Asian : Chicken and tofu laksa
- Crock Pot : Beef Burgundy
- New Meal Braised sausages with couscous
